Based in Greenwich, Connecticut, photographer Zili Zhang’s portfolio includes a range of subjects, from soothing landscapes to street documentaries. One of his most notable achievements was being named a Finalist in the Smithsonian magazine photo contest, selected among 60,000 entrants from 120 countries. His work reflects influences from both modern Western art and traditional oriental styles. In his own words, “photography is not only about capturing a moment, but also expressing inner emotions.”
