 Richard Ryan produces handblown, sculpted, and carved glass sculptures. Each piece of Richard's glass work is hand blown, then sculpted freehand from the inside and outside of the bubble. Glass colors are layered hot during the blowing process. Richard earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts in glass from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale in 2000. He also attended classes at the Penland School of Craft and Corning Museum of Glass.
