John Parnell

John Parnell, born and raised in England and now living in Brooklyn, works in printmaking, drawing, and pastels. As a student of graphic arts at the University of Brighton School of Art, and trained as a photographer, he moved to the United States as a studio still life specialist. His fine art practice serves as his central focus and printmaking at the Art Students League of New York enabled him to experiment further. Lithography and silkscreen prints complement his work. John’s art is recognized for its vibrancy and abstraction and exemplifies movement and color. John is returning to the Gracie Square Art Show
