Painter Allen Levy works in oil and acrylics, with layered works that may conjure up an image of a “sunset, the weather, or even a season, but all are subject to individual interpretation.” Allen grew up in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and graduated from Purdue University. His studio and gallery are located in Woodbridge, Virginia, and he is an associate artist at The Torpedo Factory Art Center in Alexandria, Virginia.
